Sayonara #bloglikecrazy! Hasta Luego! You’re weren’t the scary beast I thought you were. You were like eating calamari for the first time. Once I tried it, I liked it. But I don’t want to eat it that often. So, see you next year, but I’m not making any participatory promises today.

To Javacia, the founder, keeper, and campion of this Olympic writing feat, thanks for your proprietary diligence in providing this yearly opportunity. Who knows? I MAY do it again!

It’s been real. Don’t y’all agree?

And I had to keep it real and talk about my hometown, Greensboro, Alabama, and country upbringing to post content for 30 consecutive days.

I can’t say it was easy, but I discovered I could do it.

And guess what? I had fun! This was surprising to me.

I want to thank the Janes and you, my loyal readers, for cheering me along the way.

The ‘you go girl’ and topic suggestions did the trick and got me across the finish line.

I didn’t even have to embarrass myself with a prepared post about my first boyfriend, the two-timing devil.

Would I recommend the experience to other first-timers? Yes

You need to blog like crazy at least once. The reasons I recommend it are synonymous with the benefits I received from completing the challenge.

I learned to write faster because of the daily output requirement.

I worried less about being a perfectionist to meet the deadline while dealing with home life and stuff.

I read and enjoyed stories written by fellow Janes.

The accessibility of the URLs made it easy to support fellow Janes.

The holidays in November helped in creating content.

All the Janes were supportive of each other.

I wrote consistently every day.

Blog Like Crazy opened my eyes to finding sources for more blog posts.

Blog Like Crazy required me to plan my content for several days at a time.

Again, I enjoyed this challenge and wish everyone much success in achieving all of their 2020 goals—one month to go before 2021.

Stay safe.
